The guest book is located in the reception of the hotel and guests are invited to use it however they wish. It may be used to share their general thoughts or comments about their stay in the hotel or to make specific suggestions about certain parts of their stay that they feel could be improved.

We are pleased to point out that the majority of the comments that we receive are mostly complimentary, although when we do receive suggestions on how we could improve certain things then we make every effort to take the necessary action.
After all, if the guest isn't happy then nor are we.
